Ingredients

• Boneless chicken - 250gms
• Flour - 100gms
• Garlic Powder - 1.5 tbsp
• Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
• Mustard Powder - 1 tbsp
• Salt - Accordingly
• Egg - 1

For the Sauce

• 4 tbsps. of chilli oil
• 1 tbsp of ketchup
• 1 tbsp of dark soya
• Toasted sesame: 2 tbsps
• Toasted peanuts (hand-crushed) :1 cup
• Salt • Some spring onion
• Garlic cloves - 3-4 • Dies, peppers and onions
• True Honey - 3.5-4 tbsps (sauce) 
• True honey - 1.5 tbsp (Marination)
